My Story
“Time to Serve”
My twenty-four year career has provided sufficient time to learn, time to counsel, time to litigate, and time to fully appreciate the role of a judge in our judicial process. Now is my time to serve.
After twenty-four years counseling clients and litigating their cases, Attorney Trenton M. Stupak is seeking to be elected the next Delta County District Court Judge.
The current Delta County District Court Judge is the Honorable Steven C. Parks. After first serving twelve years as Prosecuting Attorney, Judge Parks went on to serve two terms as District Court Judge. During his time on the bench, he implemented the first Sobriety Court in Delta County. If elected, Stupak is firmly committed to putting in the work to continue the success of Judge Parks’s Sobriety Court.
“His court approach is measured and smart, and his ability to think on his feet very impressive. Furthermore, is listening skills and strong sense of fairness will make him an excellent judge.”
“He has extensive trial experience, and in my dealings with Trent, I found him to be always well prepared, knowledgeable and respectful to my clients and me.”
“I have no doubt he will make an excellent judge, and he has my unqualified endorsement for this position.”

Why Now?
“Time to Serve”
“The legal knowledge and trial experience gained over the past twenty-four years, personal involvement in the Delta County community and family history of service will be an asset to Delta County in rendering judgement on the important legal matters that come before the District Court. I ask for your vote as your next Delta County District Court Judge. I’m ready to serve.”
“I fully endorse Trent Stupak for District Court Judge in Delta County. As a former District Court Administrator and Magistrate, I have seen Trent present cases in court. He is always prepared, professional, and tenacious in representing his clients. He has litigated in district, circuit, and probate courts; and has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendents. He also has a keen ability to sort through all the information and rhetoric presented, and focus on the facts…”
